SHIPPING & RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 10 - 14 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed.
